THE COMMUNITY

Coyote Lakes was started in 1993 and consists of 754 single story homes built by 3 different builders, Pulte Homes, D.R. Horton and U.S. Homes- along with a few custom builders. The homes range from 932 sqft to 4495 sqft. Every home has at least a two car garage. Some homes even have a designated garage space for a golf cart. For you car enthusiast, you'll be happy know, there are a few homes with 4 and 5 car garages.

The neighborhood is located along a 2-mile strip of land with no bordering neighborhoods. The main road, N Coyote Lakes Parkway, has a designated golfcart/bike lane so you can quickly get to where you need to go without starting up the car. For those who like to walk, there are six desert landscaped sitting parks for relaxing along the way. They are; Freedom Park, Quail Run Park, Cactus View Park, Sundance Park, Rabbit Run Park and one Unnamed Park.  See if you can find them all!

Coyote Lakes is the neighborhood where many out of state residents chose to have a second home due to the safe and friendly atmosphere and minimal HOA fee of only $259 per YEAR. If you are a sports fan, you'll find the proximity to the Arizona Coyote's arena and the Arizona Cardinal's stadium a convenience. If you like to shop, we have that nearby too!

 

THE RECREATION CLUB

The private, membership only, Recreation Club features a heated pool for relaxing year round. For those who like to remain active, there are two tennis/pickle ball courts along with two shuffle boards. Members can also rent out the Club House for private events.

 

THE GOLF COURSE

The Coyote Lakes Golf course is considered to be a favorite in the west valley and is rated 4-Stars by Golf Digest Magazine. Every cart has a GPS Industries Navigation system so you will know the distance and control the pace-of-play. The course plays 6,213 yards with 4 lakes but don’t under estimate it. The course was designed around the natural terrain so there are plenty of undulating fairways.
